Our Delivery Service Explained

Your Cry Wolf pool table will be delivered by a skilled two-person team with extensive experience in handling and installing large games tables. In most cases, they'll give you a call shortly before arrival to provide a precise estimated time.

Deliveries typically take place between 8am and 5pm. On rare occasions, we may need to deliver outside these hours, but we'll always confirm with you in advance.

Rest assured, our team of two seasoned professionals is adept at removing the physical strain, concerns, and strenuous effort associated with this task, leaving your table in flawless condition and primed for a game.

 

Need Your Pool Table Installing Later?

No problem!

While our standard delivery and installation time is 2 to 8 weeks, we can hold your order until you are ready.

Simply let us know your preferred delivery timeframe before or after your order is placed.

Flat Pack Installation Service
We also have a flat pack delivery and installation option. This is typically for pool tables installed on 1st, 2nd etc. floors where access is very tight. If we can't get the table unit up the stairs or around very tight corners then we have to build the entire table in the room the table is to be installed. As a valued part of our service, we offer professional two-person installation with every Cry Wolf table purchase. Our skilled installation team will provide a thorough introduction to your table's features and guide you on proper maintenance and care.

Please be aware that for commercial use, our Cry Wolf pool tables are covered by a 30-day warranty.

It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to the ordinary wear and tear of the cloth or any damage to the table resulting from misuse. Your satisfaction and enjoyment of our products remain our top priority.

Finance & 30% Deposit


Pay a 30% Deposit

We understand that investing in hand-crafted British-made pool table is significant.

We offer the flexibility of starting your order with a deposit of just 30% of the order value. When you start your order with a 30% deposit, the remaining balance is due 3 to 5 days before your installation date.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card information on file and we will advise when this date will be.

To place an order with a 30% deposit, checkout online and select '30% Deposit' under Purchase Options when you add an item to your basket.
