5 Year Return to base (RTB) parts warranty

We’re proud to offer a comprehensive 5-Year Return to Base Parts Warranty on all qualifying arcade machines. This includes a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty plus a 4-Year Extended Promotional Warranty, exclusively available to original customers within mainland UK.

Warranty Coverage

What’s Covered:
  • Buttons
  • Joysticks
  • Microswitches
  • Monitor
  • Power Supply Unit (PSU)
  • Games board / PC (excluding software)
  • Audio speakers

Domestic Use Only:
  • Valid for new arcade machines used in home/domestic settings within mainland UK
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Use in commercial or organisational settings voids the warranty

Return to Base Policy
  • Faulty parts must be returned before a replacement is issued
  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, and will inherit the remaining warranty of the original part
  • The customer is responsible for return postage
  • Additional costs may apply for specialist labour or non-manufacturing faults
  • We reserve the right to decline claims where the fault is not related to a manufacturing defect

What is Not Covered
  • Misuse, tampering, or unauthorised repairs
  • Environmental damage (mould, corrosion, flood, fire, etc.)
  • Issues caused by unstable power supply or voltage
  • Cosmetic or consumable parts (fuses, plugs, cables, etc.)
  • Software problems, in-game errors, or device compatibility issues
  • Use in commercial venues or organisational spaces
  • Placement in damp, dusty, or unventilated areas
  • Damage from excessive force or impact

Warranty Conditions
  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims
  • Valid only for machines bought directly from our store
  • Warranty is void if the machine has been modified or tampered with

General Terms & Legal
  • Governed by English law under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotional warranty at any time
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers
  • Identity or proof of purchase may be requested when processing a claim
